Nuova Village Candle e nuova recensione.
Questa volta è il turno di Warm Buttered Bread, di cui la descrizione ufficiale riferisce: "Pane caldo e croccante appena sfornato e appena imburrato".
Quindi niente di trascendentale, o almeno in apparenza..
Perchè voi avete mai sentito una fragranza che sapesse di pane caldo imburrato?
Personalmente a me non era mai successo quindi, prima di provarlo, ero assolutamente in trepidazione e fremevo di curiosità!!
Il profumo che si sente da spenta è pressapoco quello che si percepisce anche da accesa; tuttavia, come spesso accade, dopo l'accensione tutti gli oli essenziali, anche quelli secondari, acquistano un tono più percepibile, trasformando la fragranza e regalandole mille sfaccettature diverse impossibili da notare con la cera spenta.
Il risultato mi ha lasciato senza parole ed è diventata una tra le mie profumazioni preferite in assoluto (indipendentemente dai vari marchi), davvero strepitosa!!
Ovviamente la cosa che ho notato subito è stata la verosimiglianza al profumo del vero pane, molto molto simile all'originale, tanto che viene proprio voglia di assaggiala! Per di più non parliamo di un dolce, una torta, un biscotto, ma parliamo di pane che, oltre che ad una grande storia porta con sè anche tanti ricordi.
So che ormai lo ripeto spesso, ogni volta sottolineo quanto questa o quella candela siano simili al vero prodotto di riferimento, ma qui la cosa è davvero impressionante!
Inoltre, come detto, il fatto che stiamo parlando non del solito dolce alla vaniglia, (che comunque mi piace moltissimo), ma del profumo del pane caldo, rende questa Village Candle assolutamente speciale ed unica, sia per la fragranza davvero particolare che per la straordinaria qualità.
Il profumo che si sente è proprio quello del pane, specie quando ancora tiepido, che è anche difficile da descrivere perchè non saprei cosa aggiungere: il profumo è quello del pane, punto.
Come nota secondaria abbiamo però anche il burro: non la nota burrosa e pesante tipica di alcuni dolci, ma un profumo più leggero e leggermente più pungente; in questo caso la nota di burro non è assolutamente fastidiosa o invadente perchè resta sempre in secondo piano e, semplicemente, rende la profumazione più complessa e sfaccettata.
Ovviamente la consiglio a tutti gli amanti del pane, ma così mi sembra davvero riduttivo! Io la consiglio a tutti senza distinzioni, sia che apprezzati i profumi di cibo, i freschi, i fiori e chi più ne ha più ne metta.
La fragranza del pane è qualche cosa che ci accompagna fin da piccoli, che ci trasmette mille ricordi: dal pezzo di pane che ci dava nostra madre, a quello preso alla mensa scolastica..
Anche per quanto riguarda gli aspetti più "tecnici" Warm Buttered Bread supera l'esame a pieni voti:
- L'intensità è stata davvero buona, anche forse più delle precedenti, ma come per le scorse non è risultata per niente fastidiosa, anzi si è rivelata davvero piacevolissima.
- La durata molto buona e per tutta la sera ho avuto la casa avvolta da questo magico profumo.
Con questa fragranza mi è subito venuto in mente quando, da piccolo, andavo in vacanza al mare. Mi svegliavo al mattino, abbastanza presto, e facevo delle lunghe passeggiate sulla spiaggia con la mia famiglia..
Il sole non è ancora torrido ed è piacevole passeggiare sulla sabbia bianca per poi attraversare le strette vie del centro storico con i piccoli negozietti che vendono gli articoli più stravaganti.
Poi passiamo dal fruttivendolo per prendere della frutta fresca, ideale per contrastare il caldo estivo, e dalla pescheria: niente di meglio del pesce appena pescato!
E nella strada verso casa un leggero ma chiaro profumo di pane appena sfornato ci solletica il naso, invitandoci ad entrare nel panifico poco più avanti.
Noi aspettiamo fuori, seduti su una anchina di marmo facendo ciondolare i piedi avanti ed indietro ritmicamente mentre osserviamo i pochi mattinieri cominciare a muoversi in direzione della spiaggia.
Poco dopo dopo ci riuniamo agli altri che ci offrono una piccola pagnotta di pane giallo; tenendola in mano ci accorgiamo che è ancora calda ed il suo profumo ci riempie le narici facendoci salire l'acquolina in bocca.
Nel giro di pochi minuti la pagnotta è sparita

New Village Candle and new review.
This time it is the turn of Warm Buttered Bread, of which the official description reports: "Hot bread and fresh baked crisp and freshly buttered".
So nothing earth-shattering, or at least in appearance ..
Because have you ever heard about a warm bread and butter fragrance ?
Personally to me it had never happened then, before trying it, I was absolutely trembled in trepidation and curiosity !!
The scent that you feel from off is pretty much what is also perceived tonce you light it up; however, as often happens, then all essential oils, even the secondary ones, take on a tone more noticeable, turning the fragrance and giving her a thousand different facets impossible to notice with the wax off.
The result left me speechless and has become one of my absolute favorite fragrance (regardless of various brands), really amazing !!
Obviously the thing that I noticed was the smell and the verisimilitude to the real bread, very much like the original, so that you really want to taste it! Moreover we are not talking about a sweet, a cake, a biscuit, but we speak of bread, which as well as a great story also brings many memories.
I know that I repeat often and every time I underline how this or that candle is similar to the true reference product, but here it is really impressive!
In addition, as mentioned, the fact that we are not talking about the usual sweet vanilla, (which I still like very much), but the smell of warm bread, makes this Village Candle absolutely special and unique, both for the fragrance really particular and for extraordinary quality.
The scent that you feel is just what the bread, especially when still warm, which is also difficult to describe because I would not know what to add: it smells like bread, period.
As a minor note, however, we also have butter: not the typical heavy and buttery notes of some sweets, but a lighter fragrance and slightly pungent; in this case the note of butter is absolutely not annoying or intrusive, because it remains always in the background and, simply, makes the fragrance more complex and multifaceted.
Obviously I reccomend it to every one who loves bread scents, but it seems to me really an understatement! I recommend it to everyone without distinction, whether they appreciated the aromas of food, fresh, flowers and so on and so forth.
The fragrance of the bread is something that takes us from an early age, that gives us a thousand memories: from the piece of bread that gave us our mother, to the one we taken at the school canteen ..
Even as ar as it concerne the more "technical" Warm Buttered Bread passes the test with flying colors:
- The intensity was really good, maybe even more than the previous ones, but as to the past was not annoying at all, in fact turned out to be really pleasant.
- The duration is very good and I had the house surrounded by this magical scent during all the night.
With this fragrance I immediately came to mind when, as a child, I went on holiday at the sea. I woke up in the morning, quite early, and I did long walks on the beach with my family ..
The sun is not scorching and is pleasant to walk on the white sand and then going through the narrow streets of the old town with small shops selling the most extravagant items.
Then we go to the grocery store to pick up fresh fruit, ideal to fight the summer heat, and then to the fish shop: nothing better than fresh fish!
And the way home a slight but clear scent of warm baked bread it tickles the nose, inviting us to enter the bakery just ahead.
We wait outside, sitting on a marble nankeen dangling our feet back and forth rhythmically as we look at the few early people who begin to move in the direction of the beach.
Soon after we meet the others who offer us a small loaf of yellow bread; holding it in hand, we realize that it is still warm and its scent fills the nostrils making our mouth watering.
Within a few minutes the loaf disappeared.
Final judgment: 10/10
